Intercultural leadership skills


Success in leading a team across borders ultimately depends on personality. But the key is to find the right balance between intercultural sensitivity, or adaptability, and authenticity.
The workshop focuses on the definition of leadership and understanding its relationship with culture.
At the end, participants will develop a cross-cultural contingency model of leadership.

Topics include:

- Using cultural variables to define leadership
- Adapting leadership to meet people's needs (and attain project goals)
- Becoming an effective international team member
- Learning and developing intercultural competence
