Understanding British and German Business Cultures
Intercultural training seminar for British-German relations


British and Germans share many common values, but are still very different. This workshop thoroughly examines the impact of British and German cultural values on business and provides practical information that will prove useful to any individual working in boht cultures, regardless of experience.

Topics include:

- Examining culture and stereotypes

Exploring the conceptual frameworks of social researchers Eduward Hall and Geert Hofstede
-Identifying German and British cultural values and business behavior
- Contrasting German and British communication styles (and how they distort perception)
- Learning how to be interculturally competent

Workshop length: two days (one day for individual coaching)
