Chris Stephens is a British consultant and trainer in the areas of intercultural management, international and virtual teams, and intercultural communication. He has a Bachelor's degree in Education from Sheffield University, an MBA from the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK.

Born in Pakistan, Chris has lived and/or worked in Germany, Switzerland, Japan and the UK. Besides English, he speaks German and French. His experience includes training, business development, branch management for a training company in Germany, and senior management in Japan for an international training company.

Today he works with large- and medium-sized companies and organisations in Europe, particularly in Germany and Finland, on a wide range of programmes. He's particularly interested in developing people's general international/intercultural mindset and especially enjoys working with individuals and companies from Japan, Scandinavia and the U.K. Other main areas of interest are virtual management and virtual teams, international presentations, and individual coaching.
